Nothing you type is uploaded by this app. Typed answers, ratings, notes, and progress are stored only in this browser. The private shadow fact pack is built directly into this personal practice app so consistency checking works automatically. It remains labeled prep-only and is never treated as hearing evidence by the scorer.
If you deploy this site to a public Cloudflare URL, both the practice prompts and the embedded private prep fact pack can be inspected by anyone who can access the site source. Protect the deployment with Cloudflare Access or another access control.

Preparation-document firewall: do not use this app, the war book, private CSV analysis, or AI-generated prep notes as a memory-refresh aid while testifying unless Alex specifically directs that choice. Minnesota Rule 612 can create inspection/cross-examination consequences when a witness uses a writing to refresh recollection.
